Melt It!
Rich meets the legendary performance artist and comedian - the Ice Man - to talk about the book “Melt It” which documents his career and the blocks of ice he melted in the name of art and comedy. Is the task pointless or has it something deeper to say about the human condition and metamorphosis and the various states of water? How does it compare to moving stones off a field? What did Chris Tarrant make of it all? Are the ice puns he included necessary or desirable? And how did it go down with the audiences at the notorious Tunnel Club?
